Cops ID Man Killed After Rear Ending Garbage Truck: Hamilton Twp PD A 64-year-old Egg Harbor man was killed after his car rear ended a garbage truck in Township of Hamilton on the early morning of Monday, Feb. 10, authorities said. At 5:15 a.m., officers responded to Black Horse Pike after a 2008 Lexus ES3 driven by William Hadley struck the rear of a privately owned trash and recycling truck driven by a 40-year-old  Pleasantville resident, when both were traveling westbound, police said. Witness Stopped, Pulled Victim From Fatal I-684 Plane Crash That Took Off From NJ: Report Federal officials have released more information about a small plane crash on Interstate 684 at the border of Fairfield, CT, and Westchester, NY counties.   The information, which centered on a fatal plane crash on I-684 on Thursday, Dec. 12, was released in a preliminary report by the National Transportation Safety Board on Tuesday, Dec. 31. Rockland County resident and commercial pilot Jacob Yankele Friedman of Monsey, age 32, was killed in the crash, while the 26-year-old private pilot, Kalmen Goldberger, of Linden, NJ, was hospitalized with serious injuries. On Thursday, police said that Norma Matthews, 81, of Lowell, Massachusetts, and Virginia Licata, 86, of Blackwood, NJ, have been identified as the pair killed in a crash on July 24 that shut down Route 301 for hours.
