Newly-released bodycam footage shows the arrest of a wrong-way DWI driver who police say nearly hit multiple people before crashing into another vehicle then landing on a boardwalk along in a Jersey Shore town. As previously reported by Daily Voice, Jason Nagy, 44, of Avon-by-the-Sea, was arrested on Thursday, July 11, the Belmar Police Department. A 60-year-old Kearny man is facing charges after a DWI crash in which his SUV became wedged under a tractor trailer on Route 3, police in East Rutherford said. Joseph Whiteman's white 2020 Nissan Rogue had become stuck under a tractor trailer that was stopped on the westbound side of the roadway around 11:40 a.m. Wednesday, June 26, East Rutherford Police Capt.
