Central Jersey School Board Member Charged With Child Porn Possession, Prosecutors Say A Farmingdale school board member and crossing guard was accused of having child pornography, authorities said. William Shaffer, 47, was arrested on Friday, Dec. 6, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago said in a news release. He was charged with third-degree possession of child sexual abuse materials. Leesburg Father, 35, Identified As Man Found Dead At Recycling Plant: Troopers Authorities have identified a Leesburg man whose body was discovered on a conveyor belt at a Monmouth County recycling facility. Nicholas Holsten, 35, was found dead at the Republic Services recycling plant in Farmingdale on Wednesday, Sept. 4, a state police spokesperson said on Monday, Sept. 23.  Troopers responded to the Railroad Avenue facility at around 2:42 p.m. Investigators said Republic employees were sorting materials when they spotted Holsten's body on the conveyor belt.  The Republic Services recycling plant in Farmingdal…
