Abba Cohen, 42, of Flushing, NY, received the money in his bank account as payment for a home improvement scam on an elderly Woodland Park resident, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes said. Atlantic City License Plate Readers Help Catch Driver Of Stolen Union Vehicle, Police Say Atlantic City police were crediting automated license plate readers for helping arrest two men with a gun and a stolen vehicle, authorities said. Daniel Ringgold, 37, of Pennsauken, was arrested on Thursday, Sept. 19, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release on Friday, Sept. 27. Investigators said Ringgold was driving a vehicle on Atlantic Avenue at around 5:15 p.m. when his license plate was read, triggering an alert. Ringgold had several active arrest warrants. Car Thief, Fraudster Extradited To PA From NJ Jail, Cops Say An Easton woman is in the Northampton County jail for a car theft early this year, say Forks Township police.  Authorities said they were called about a stolen Hyundai Santa Fe at 5335 Kesslersville Road on Feb. 29. The victim, a New Jersey resident, also reported fraudulent transactions on a debit card that was left in the vehicle.  Police used surveillance footage from the businesses where the transactions occurred to identify Penny Bellomi as a suspect, authorities said.  A warrant for her arrest was issued in March on charges of theft, receiving stolen property, and…
