Ex-NJ Boy Scouts Worker, 70, Admits Trafficking Child Porn, Recording Kids In Bathroom: Feds 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘: A 70-year-old former New Jersey Boy Scout camp employee admitted secretly recording videos of children using bathrooms there, federal authorities said.  William Mickel was employed by the Boy Scouts of America in Morris County when he trafficked videos and still images of child sex abuse via email, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger said. The 48-year-old Morris County magician was arrested and charged on Wednesday, May 15, with possession of child pornography, authorities said. Acting on a tip, a search of Morley's computer turned up child sexual abuse materials, Morris County Prosecutor Robert Carroll, Morris County Chief of Detectives Robert McNally, and Butler Police Chief Scott Ricker said.
