The incident occurred at the Wayne Towne Center store on Friday, Jan. 10, at approximately 1:30 p.m. when Wayne Police Officers Anthony Halko, John Nielsen, and Sergeant John Culic responded to reports of suspicious activity at the store, according to Detective Capt. Monmouth Mall To Open First New Store Amid $500M Redevelopment The first store at a revamped Monmouth Mall is about to open, officials said. The new Barnes & Noble location in Eatontown will open on Wednesday, Nov. 20, the bookstore chain said in a news release. The previous store closed about two weeks before the new location's opening.
