Darryl Mathis Jr., aka Maybach Swagg, of Elizabeth, was heading home from a gig in the city with rapper Rick Ross when his Crown Victoria stalled in the southbound lanes near West Fordham Road, according to the New York Daily News. Montvale Mayor Mike Ghassali said the commuter area, which had been closed and temporarily relocated to Rockland County, NY due to renovations at the James Gandolfini Rest Area, will open on Tuesday, Oct. 1.
