Car Catches Fire In Woods: Frankford Township Fire Department

A vehicle became engulfed in flames in the woods in Sussex County on the evening of Saturday, Dec. 14, authorities said.

At 10:41 p.m., firefighters were dispatched to assist with a car fire one mile into the woods in Sandystown Township, the Frankford Township Fir Department said. Firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze before midnight, fire officials said.

It is unknown what caused the fire and if there were any injuries.
