A South Brunswick man was accused of breaking into several businesses in a roughly 90-minute crime spree, authorities said. A Monmouth County man and woman were accused of assaulting another couple at an Atlantic City casino's shopping mall, authorities said. Damian Pineyro, 35, of Hazlet, and Keila Diaz, 47, of Freehold, were arrested on Sunday, Sept. 15, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release. David Fontoura, a lieutenant in the Essex Coutny Prosecutor's Office was charged with multiple accounts of assault related to domestic violence incidents, authorities said. Fontoura was charged with aggravated assault, weapons offenses, criminal restraint and making terroristic threats, the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office said, for incidents that occurred in Nutley between September 2019 and March 2020. An 18-year-old man has been charged with robbing three taxicab drivers in Trenton, authorities said. Noah Brantley of Trenton was arrested on Thursday, July 18 on the 400 block of Lamberton Street, Trenton police said.
