At 2:35 p.m., troopers responded to a crash on Route 9 north in Upper Township after a Mini Cooper failed to negotiate a curve, crossed the centerline into the northbound lanes and collided head-on with a Honda Sedan, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesperson for the New Jersey State Police said.
