Officer Nicole DiPasquale was on routine patrol around 11:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 11,, when she noticed a tractor-trailer struggling to maintain its lane on Route 17 North, Mahwah Police Capt. Brian Briddle was identified as the operator of the motorcycle that an officer had tried stopping before he sped off at East Main Street west of South Chapel Street just before midnight on Wednesday, Aug. 27, city police said.
