Marriott Hotel Off I-95 In NJ Gets Event Space Upgrades
The Glenpointe Marriott in Teaneck just got a major upgrade. The project included the replacement of carpeting, wall coverings, paint and furniture throughout the first and second-floor pre-function spaces, boardrooms, and meeting rooms, as well as the 1,200-person capacity ballroom, according to a press release from Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, which managed the project. The "capital improvement project" was a collaboration between Sanzari Enterprises, HotelStudio, and Kimmerle Newman Architects. A new Target store is coming to North Jersey. Levin Management Corporation announced the big box retailer has signed a lease to open a 211,500-square-foot store at West Orange Plaza in West Orange (Essex County).
