Police Track Down Pompon Lakes Home Invaders After Wrong-Way Route 23 Pursuit In Stolen BMW A 22-year-old man is in custody, and two others are at large, following a New Jersey home invasion and high-speed pursuit in a stolen BMW, police said. Police were called to 6 Cambridge Road in Pompton Lakes around 2:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 18, after residents reported three men entered their house and then stole their 2023 BMW M8 Gran Coupe from their driveway, police said. Surveillance footage showed the suspects inside and outside of the home. One suspect is seen stealing a PlayStation 5 from a downstairs playroom while another entered the kitchen, police said.
