The 31-year-old Maywood shoplifter ran into the Prospect Street store, grabbed $655 worth of liquor and then fled without paying just before 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, Glen Rock Police Chief Dean Ackermann said. Farmer's Market Sex Assault: Fair Lawn Man, 26, Released After Glen Rock Incident, Police Say A 26-year-old Fair Lawn man has been arrested on allegations he sexually assaulted a woman at the Glen Rock farmer's market, police said. Richard Larrivieri allegedly followed the North Haledon victim closely in the Rock Farmer's Market on Prospect Street then rubbed his hands on her thigh and buttocks intentionally just before 4 p.m. Aug. 17, Glen Rock Police Chief Dean Ackermann said. Same Highly-Intoxicated Hawthorne Man Found Lying On Same Road Just Over 24 Hours Later A 37-year-old Hawthorne man was found lying on the side of the same Glen Rock road twice, just over 24 hours later, highly-intoxicated each time, police said. A concern citizen reported finding the man lying next to a tree on the side of Doremus Avenue near Faber Field around 10:22 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13, Glen Rock Police Chief Dean Ackermann said. Officers determined the man was highly intoxicated, and unable to care for himself.
