ABC's "The Bachelor" franchise has announced its next star. His name is Grant Ellis, and he's a 30-year-old day trader with New Jersey and New York roots. Carley Elbert was no stranger to pain. The 32-year-old New Jersey actress spent years of her life battling a rare illness, Mast Cell Disease.
