President-elect Donald Trump has selected former New York congressman and gubernatorial candidate Lee Zeldin to run the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Atlantic City Officials Mismanaged Stormwater System, EPA Says
Atlantic City will pay $80,000 in fines and to make upgrades after federal officials said the city mismanaged its stormwater system. Atlantic City will pay a $20,000 penalty for Clean Water Act violations, the Environmental Protection Agency said in a news release on Wednesday, Sept. 18. The city also agreed to spend $60,000 to make its stormwater infrastructure more resilient to the impacts of climate change.
