Cops ID 22-Year-Old Killed In Crash On Garden State Parkway In Toms River:

A 22-year-old Manahawkin man was killed in a crash on the Garden State Parkway in Toms River on the morning of Sunday, March 9, authorities said. At 11:34 a.m., John DeLuca was driving a Buick SUV southbound on the Garden State Parkway when it ran off the road and struck multiple trees, Charles Marchan, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said. As a result of the crash, DeLuca sustained fatal injuries, Marchan said. The crash remains under investigation, Marchan said.

Two 20-year-olds were killed when their car veered off Interstate 195 and slammed into trees early Sunday, March 9, authorities said. Denzel George, of Ewing, and Janae Boisseau, of Trenton, were traveling east in an Acura when the vehicle ran off the road near milepost 10 in Upper Freehold Township, New Jersey State Police Sergeant First Class Charles Marchan said. The crash happened at 3:01 a.m., when the Acura struck two trees, ejecting both occupants and killing them, Marchan said. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
