Jeffrey S. Kishinevskiy was arrested Thursday, April 3 in Tenafly following a month-long undercover investigation, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said. Edgar Holguin-Reyes, 30, and Yakayra Reyes, 27, both of Reading, PA, were pulled over around 6:35 p.m. on Sunday, March 30, on Route 287 in Mahwah, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
