Nearly 20,000 Honda motorcycles are being recalled over a loose screw that could interfere with steering, federal officials said. American Honda Motor Co. issued the recall for 19,406 motorcycles, according to a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration report released on Thursday, March 12. Two men are facing weapons and drug charges after Clifton police stopped a motorcycle early Sunday morning, Sept. 14, authorities said. At about 3:14 a.m., Officer Benjamin Bressel saw a 2024 Zhilo motorcycle with two riders near Lexington Avenue and Highland Avenue, Lt. Robert Anderson said. Rahway Motorcyclist Airlifted After Ejected From Vehicle: Police
A 38-year-old Rahway man was injured after he was ejected from his motorcycle following a crash in Bayville on Sunday, Sept. 14, authorities said. At 2:07 p.m., officers responded to a crash near Butler Boulevard and Bayview Avenue after a motorcyclist was making a left turn onto Bayview Avenue and lost control, causing him to be ejected from his 2020 Harley Davidson, Berkeley Township police said. Authorities in Hoboken are looking for motorcyclists who rode recklessly through the city last week. Elizabeth Motorcyclist Killed After Colliding With Vehicle In Newark: Prosecutor
A 40-year-old Elizabeth motorcyclist was killed in a crash in Newark on Saturday, Aug. 9, authorities said. At 5:15 p.m., a motorcycle was traveling westbound on Thomas Street at an increased rate of speed when it collided with the bumper of a 2024 Acura and lost control, the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office said.
