DWI Bloomfield Driver Failed To Maintain Lane: Denville PD
A 30-year-old Bloomfield woman was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated in Denville, authorities recently announced. On Friday, Aug. 15, at 11:38 p.m., officers spotted a vehicle failing to maintain its lane on Morris Avenue, Denville police said. Ruth Louis was determined to be operating the vehicle while intoxicated and was arrested after failing a series of roadside tests, police said. She was charged with DWI, reckless driving and careless driving, police said.
