A Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef who cooked for Google is bringing a pasta-only restaurant, with help from his wife, to Bergen County.
Yosif Bulbuloglu, 40, and Sesil Kacti-Bulbuloglu, 36, are aiming for a February opening of Massa Pasta on Washington Street in Tenafly.
Bulbuloglu studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Canada, where he graduated first in his class of 40 students in 2008. Before moving to the United States, Bulbuloglu worked as a professional chef for Turkish Airlines.
