Arrangements have been finalized for Emily Prather, a 28-year-old daycare worker remembered for her warmth and compassion, who died following a fire at an apartment complex in South Jersey on Saturday, Nov. 1. Prather, who was initially hospitalized following the Autumn Ridge blaze in Gloucester Township, was later pronounced dead from injuries sustained in the fire. A 69-year-old Bensalem man was killed when his pickup truck struck a tree and a utility pole along West Lincoln Highway in West Sadsbury Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania State Police announced in a release on Thursday, Oct. 30. The crash happened around 8:39 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 28, just east of Blackhorse Road, according to police. Michael J. A 50-year-old New Jersey native and father of two was killed after losing control of an open-air vehicle in Pennsylvania last month. Matthew Bichler, 50, of Upper Mount Bethel Township, died in the Portland Borough accident on Monday, Oct. 27, Northampton County Coroner Zachary Lysek said. Bichler was operating a road-registered, open-air vehicle when it left the roadway and crashed in a wooded area on Sunday, Oct. 26.
