Guns, Cocaine, Ecstasy Gets Vineland Man Arrested: Police A 45-year-old Vineland man was arrested and charged with numerous drugs and weapons offenses, authorities announced Thursday, April 8. On Tuesday, March 31, following a months-long investigation, a search warrant was executed on the 400 block of West Park Avenue, resulting in Jerry Sims being arrested and hit with numerous drug charges, Vineland police said. Sims is charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute possession of MDMA and possession of a handgun along with numerous other drugs and weapons charges, police said.
