Contractor Conned Woman Out Of $341K In Home Repairs He Never Did In South Jersey: Prosecutor A 32-year-old man from Gloucester County is accused of defrauding an elderly woman out of $341,000 in home repairs he never did, authorities said. On Tuesday, July 23, Christopher Fuscellaro of Mantua Township was arrested and charged with theft, theft by deception and being an unlicensed contractor, according to the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office. Raising Cane's, which has over 600 locations, will be opening soon in Washington Township at the site of a former Pep Boy's at Black Horse Pike near Ganttown Road.  Demolition crews are at the site demolishing the old Pep Boys building, Washington Township police said. John and Patrick Mahoney, both of Washington Township, died in a collision on Tuesday, June 4 at Union and Mays Landing Roads, as previously reported by Daily Voice.  Police said John was driving a Toyota Yaris when he failed to yield to a Ford F-250 operated by an 81-year-old, which caused the crash.
