Three people have been arrested and charged following a three-month investigation into the distribution of narcotics in Atlantic City, authorities announced Wednesday, July 30.
On Tuesday, July 29, three court authorized search warrants were executed in Atlantic City, Pleasantville and Mays Landing, resulting in the recovery of 7,650 individual bags of heroin, 902 fentanyl pills, more than five ounces of methamphetamine, three grams of cocaine, 123 suboxone films, a loaded handgun, and paraphernalia used in the distribution of narcotics, Atlantic City police said.

Four Arrested After Heroin, Cocaine, Ghost Gun Parts Found In Atlantic City Motel Room: Police
Four people were arrested after they were accused of having heroin, crack cocaine, and ghost gun parts in an Atlantic City motel room, authorities said.
Atlantic City police executed a drug search warrant at the motel on the 3000 block of Pacific Avenue on Wednesday, July 24, the department said in a news release. Officers found 226 white wax folds of suspected heroin, about 35 grams of suspected crack cocaine, and seven clear plastic bags of suspected marijuana.
