A GoFundMe page said 15-year-old Emily Davis was riding her bike with her brother and a family friend on Ocean Heights Avenue after visiting her mother at her salon on Wednesday, May 8. Five Arrested On Drug Charges In Atlantic City, Philly Fugitive Caught: Police Four men and two teens were arrested in Atlantic City, five of whom were accused of selling heroin, cocaine, and Xanax, authorities said. The six suspects were taken into custody during "an operation targeting areas of concern."
