Burlco Man Busted With Child Porn: Prosecutor A 60-year-old Burlington County man has been arrested on child pornography charges, authorities said. Fillmore Apeadu, of Delran, was charged on Oct. 10 with one count of Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (Third Degree), Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw said.
