3,800 Files Of Child Porn, Mass Resident Arrested: Hoboken PD
A 25-year-old Massachusetts resident was arrested and charged with possession of child pornography in Hoboken, authorities announced Friday, Sept. 12.
An investigation into Tyler Wright began in August 2024 after receiving a tip that child pornography was found on their computer, Hoboken police said. Wright was living in Massachusetts after moving out of Hoboken, police said.
Detectives discovered more than 3,800 items containing child pornography on Wright’s computer, police said.

Four people were arrested an hit with numerous drug charges in Ocean County following an extensive multiagency investigation, authorities announced Monday, Aug. 25.
Nasir King, an 18-year-old Hamilton Township resident, was identified as a person distributing heroin in Ocean County, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said. On Tuesday, July 29, detectives surveilled King as he traveled from Hamilton to Toms River, Billhimer said.

New Travel Advisory Issued By State Department For Mexico: Here's Why
The US State Department has issued updated travel guidance for one of America’s closest neighbors, citing a mix of safety risks for visitors.
The advisory that went live on Tuesday, Aug. 12 applies to Mexico, where officials say travelers should “exercise increased caution” because of threats that include terrorism, crime, and kidnapping.
It is classified as Level 2 on the agency’s four-tier alert system, which ranges from Level 1 (“exercise normal precautions”) to Level 4 (“do not travel”).
