Motorcycle Club Mourns Loss Of Rider 'BadKarma' Killed In NJ Turnpike Crash
A Pennsylvania-based motorcycle club is mourning the loss of one of its riders who died during a group ride on the NJ Turnpike over the weekend. New Jersey State Police identified the motorcyclist killed in Robbinsville on Saturday, Sept. 14 as Jeff Ford. Sgt. Charles Marchan said that Ford, 42, of Willow Grove, PA, was ejected from his bike in the outer roadway after it overturned in a series of collisions around 3:50 p.m., killing him. A pair of tractor-trailers collided in a rear-end crash on the New Jersey Turnpike, authorities said. One lane northbound remained blocked on Thursday, July 25 at about 1:45 p.m. north of Interchange 7A in Robbinsville, according to the NJDOT. Based on a preliminary investigation, a Freightliner tractor was traveling northbound on the New Jersey Turnpike at about 1 p.m. A Volvo tractor-trailer was parked on the right shoulder of the New Jersey Turnpike. Black Bear Sighted In Mercer County: Police
There was another sighting of a black bear in Mercer County, authorities said. The latest bear was spotted near Spring Garden Road in Robbinsville around 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 25, Robbinsville Township police said in a Facebook post. Police said they notified the New Jersey Department of Fish & Wildlife. It was the second publicized sighting of a black bear in Mercer County since Thursday morning, June 20. Dump Truck Flips Injuring Driver On I-195 (

There was a crash with injuries involving an overturned dump truck on Interstate 195, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 2:10 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12 on I-195 westbound East of Exit 7 in Robbinsville, according to the NJDOT. A dump truck lost directional control, ran off the roadway to the right, struck a tree, and overturned, New Jersey State Police said. The driver of the dump truck was transported to an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, State Police said. The crash remains under investigation.
