A driver accused of flashing a handgun during a road rage incident in Carteret was arrested in Wood-Ridge and found with a loaded weapon, authorities said. At approximately 1:32 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 23, the Wood-Ridge Police Department received a call from Carteret police reporting a suspect involved in a road rage dispute where a handgun was displayed. A North Carolina man was accused of shooting at another driver during a road rage incident on the New Jersey Turnpike in Burlington County late on Halloween night, authorities said.
