A Rutgers University student is accused of committing lewd acts and criminal sexual contact in more than a dozen incidents at the university's Piscataway campus and in South Brunswick, prosecutors announced on Tuesday, Dec. 10. Man Flashed Woman, Inappropriately Touched Her At Central Jersey Store: Prosecutors
A Hazlet man was accused of exposing himself to a woman and inappropriately touching her at a Middletown store, authorities said. Perry Mangano, 21, was charged with fourth-degree criminal sexual contact, fourth-degree lewdness, and fourth-degree stalking, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago said in a news release on Friday, Dec. 6. Man Arrested For Masturbating At Bridgewater Target: Police
A 21-year-old East Orange man was arrested and charged on Thursday, Aug. 8 with masturbating at a Target in Bridgewater earlier this month, police said. On Thursday, Aug. 1 at 7:21 p.m., Jason Banks was seen exposing his genitals and gratifying himself in the toy aisle of the Target on Promenade Boulevard, Bridgewater police said in a release. A week later, police located Banks and arrested him after conducting an interview, officers said. He was charged with lewdness and lodged in the Somerset County Jail pending a detention hearing, police said.

Detectives made disturbing discoveries on one New Jersey man's electronic devices following a cyber tip, the prosecutor's office said.
