State Agency Director ID'd As Driver, 55, Killed By Motorist Running Red Light On Route 130 The driver killed in an early-morning crash Wednesday, July 10 on Route 130 in Hamilton has been identified as the director of the New Jersey State Commission of Investigation (SCI). The agency identified its executive director Chadd W. Lackey as the 55-year-old Voorhees driver who died in the Hamilton crash. Pedestrian Crash Temporarily Closes Route 1 (Updated) A pedestrian crash temporarily closed Route 1 in Central Jersey, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 9:45 a.m. on Thursday, June 27 northbound near Adams Lane in North Brunswick Township, according to the NJDOT and local police. There were no serious injuries, North Brunswick Police Capt. Brian A. Hoiberg said. "The scene was cleared in less than a half hour," Holberg said.
