Pedestrian, 67, Killed While Crossing Central Jersey Road: Police A Mercer County man was killed when he was struck while crossing a road, authorities said. Namtho Trinh of Hamilton Township died in the crash on Thursday, Nov. 7, the Hamilton Police Division said in a news release. Officers responded to the intersection of South Olden and Riley avenues at around 4:01 p.m. Police said a 2011 Ford Escape was driving west on South Olden Avenue. Trinh entered the intersection and was hit by the SUV's front passenger side as he tried to cross over to the southern side of the road. Trinh, 67, was rushed to Capital Health Regional Medical Center.…

Man, 21, Dies In Motorcycle Crash On I-295 In Central Jersey, Troopers Say A Millville man was killed when his motorcycle crashed on Interstate 295 in Mercer County, authorities said. John Marion, 21, died in the crash on Wednesday, Nov. 6, a state police spokesperson said. It happened on I-295 North near milepost 65.4 in Hamilton Township at around 11:49 a.m. Investigators said Marion was driving a Kawasaki motorcycle and struck the back of a Mini Cooper. His motorcycle overturned and he was ejected. Marion was pronounced dead at the scene. No injuries were reported in the Mini Cooper. The crash remained under investigation.
