Naked Man Seen By Children Arrested After SWAT Search Warrant In Cape May County: Prosecutor A 55-year-old Cape May County man was arrested following a lewdness complaint involving multiple children last week. Robert McKinley, of Greenwood Avenue in Villas, was arrested after police received reports that several children saw a naked man on the 100 west block of the street on Feb. 26, Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey H. Sutherland and Lower Township Police Chief Kevin Lewis said. Authorities did not say whether McKinley was inside or outside of his home at the time of the alleged incident. South Jersey Man Fired Shots At Another Man During Fight, Police Say A Lower Township man was accused of firing shots at another man during a fight, authorities said. Nathan Menzano Jr. was arrested in the Villas section of the township on Thursday, June 20, the Lower Township Police Department said in a news release.
