Serial Arsonist Accused Of Setting 3 Fires Indicted In Gloucester County A 19-year-old man from Gloucester County has been indicted by a grand jury in connection with three arson fires, according to court papers. Michael M. Lopez-Medina of Woodbury was arrested on Sunday, Feb. 11, by the Woodbury City Police Department and Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office.
