At 6:33 a.m., a Tesla driven by David Raymond was traveling northbound on Ellis Mill Road when it veered into the southbound lane and struck a 2007 Mack Truck along the front driver's side, Harrison Township police said.
Raymond was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. The driver of the dump truck was evaluated on scene and released, police said.
Sections of Ellis Mill Road and Clems Run were closed for approximately 4 hours, police said. The crash remains under investigation, police said.
