Man Confesses To Atlantic City Hit-And-Run That Killed Woman, Prosecutors Say A Mays Landing man admitted to leaving the scene of an Atlantic City crash that killed a Pleasantville woman, authorities said. Fabian Lucas, 38, pleaded guilty on Monday, Dec. 9 to second-degree leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident resulting in death, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release. A grand jury indicted 23-year-old Jahlil McNeal on several counts of animal cruelty, witness tampering, and theft of services, the Atlantic City Prosecutor's Office said in a news release on Tuesday, Nov. 19. Gregory Ganski III, 24, was arrested on Wednesday, Sept. 4 for weapons charges and his outstanding warrants, the Absecon Police Department said in a news release. Officers stopped him at around 1 p.m. after he was seen improperly crossing Route 30. Investigators said Ganski lied to officers in order to avoid receiving a summons.
