Suspected Killer Indicted In 2022 Toms River Hookah Lounge Shooting: Prosecutors An Asbury Park man was indicted in a deadly triple shooting at a Toms River hookah lounge nearly two years ago, authorities said. A grand jury indicted 24-year-old Eric Manzanares on Wednesday, Aug. 21, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said in a news release. He was charged with murder, attempted murder, aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and unlawful possession of a weapon.
