Utah Man Who Threatened To Shoot Up NY Synagogue Arrested In NJ: Report, Nypd A Utah man accused of making online threats against a prominent New York City synagogue was arrested in New Jersey over the weekend, according to the NYPD and ABC7. A spokesperson for the NYPD said an individual was arrested by the Port Authority Police Department on the New Jersey side of the Lincoln Tunnel around 5:30 p.m. Friday. That suspect was identified as Luis Ramirez, 23,  by ABC7. Charges against Ramirez were pending. One of the suspects had previously been arrested last September for burglarizing cars in an East Rutherford hotel parking lot.
