Police in Passaic County have arrested a man who they say stole a $1,400 vehicle programming tool from a victim he met on Facebook Marketplace. Jayson Moralessales, of Orange, agreed to meet the seller in person to buy the tool, but instead, fled with the item without paying on Oct. 5, police in Bloomingdale said. A Lyndhurst High School senior who tried to elude a township police officer on a stolen motorcycle received 21 summonses -- and was charged criminally -- after he finally stopped, authorities said.
