Ramsey police responded to reports of a shoplifting in progress at Ulta, located at 1255 Route 17 South, around 4:09 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20, according to Detective Jaclyn Sabatelli. The purple and pink lights were visible due to a Solar Storm, or a Coronal Mass Ejection from the sun on Tuesday, Oct. 8 which arrived in the area Thursday.
