Bergen County Park Will Transform Into Magical Winter Wonderland: Here's When

Tickets to Bergen County’s Winter Wonderland are officially on sale, and the community is gearing up for an unforgettable holiday experience at Van Saun County Park.

The event, which kicks off Friday, Nov. 29, at noon, will transform the park into a festive winter paradise with something for everyone in the family.

The event will feature an open-air ice skating rink, a new ice bumper car rink, a craft market village with handmade goods, food trucks, a heated hospitality tent, a beer and wine garden, carousel rides, live music, and much more.

“Winter Wonderland truly captures the spirit of the holiday season here in Bergen County,” said Commissioner Chairwoman Germaine Ortiz. “This event brings our community together, showcases local businesses, and offers something for everyone to enjoy. Get your tickets now and celebrate the magic of the season with us at Van Saun County Park.”

Ticket prices for Winter Wonderland are affordable and include:

  • All Access (admission, skating, one carousel ticket): $20 + online fee
  • General Admission: $10 + online fee
  • Seniors, Veterans, & Active Military: Starting at $5 + online fee
  • Children 3 & Under: Free

Additional activities such as extra skating sessions, bumper car rides, and skate rentals are available to enhance your visit.

Winter Wonderland runs from Nov. 29 to Jan. 12, 2025. Upcoming highlights include:

  • Friday, Nov. 29 – Official Opening at noon
  • Saturday, Dec. 14 – Tree Lighting at 6 p.m.
  • Saturday, Dec. 28 – Menorah Lighting at 6:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, Dec. 29 – Kinara Lighting at 5:30 p.m.
