Whippany Park High School Shelter In Place Questions loom after police say a "questionable item" prompted a high school in Morris County to shelter in place for more than 20 minutes on Tuesday, May 14. The administration at Whippany Park High School told Hanover Township Police Department School Resource Officer that a questionable item that may pose a security risk was reported on school grounds, Hanover Township Police said. The school sheltered in place for 24 minutes as officers investigated, police said. Anthony Dello Russo Arrest A 26-year-old man has been charged in the fatal overdose of a 28-year-old man last February in Morris County, authorities said. Anthony Dello Russo, of Cedar Knolls (Hanover), is believed to have sold a man identified only as T.H. the fentanyl and cocaine that killed him on Feb. 16, Morris County Prosecutor Robert Carroll said. The cause of death for T.H., who was found dead at a home in Whippany, was combined toxicity of cocaine, fentanyl, and acetyl fentanyl, Carroll said alongside Chief of Detectives Robert McNally, and Hanover Township Police Chief Michael Loock. Nick then went on to attend Bloomsburg University and Montclair State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration, his memorial says.
