Blairstown Masseuse Arrested At Airport For Sexual Assault: Prosecutor
A 63-year-old Blairstown masseuse was arrested at Newark Liberty International Airport on Sunday, March 2, on charges of sexual assault. Seung Chang was taken into custody by Port Authority police as he returned to New Jersey, the Warren County Prosecutor's Office said. Chang committed the sexual assault while he was employed as a masseur at Simply Day Spa on Route 94 in Blairstown, authorities said. He was charged with sexual assault and 12 counts of criminal sexual contact, authorities said.

Man Stabs Victim During Argument: Warren County Prosecutor
A 45-year-old Washington Borough man was arrested and charged with stabbing a man on Friday, Feb. 7, authorities said. At 3 p.m. Phillipsburg police responded to 360 South Main St. and found a man who had been stabbed, the Warren County Prosecutor's Office said.
