Luis Nicheporuck Obituary The family of a 56-year-old Morris County man says he was changing a tire on the way home from a wedding when he was struck and killed by a vehicle on the shoulder of Route 280 last month. Valerian Kapanadze, a Hackettstown resident, has since been arrested and charged with vehicular homicide in connection with the incident in Roseland, as previously reported by Daily Voice.  Nicheporuck and his wife, Fabi, were coming home from a wedding when the incident occurred, his family said on a GoFundMe campaign. Driver Jailed In Fatal New Year's Crash On I-280 Shoulder A New Jersey driver was arrested in a fatal crash on Route 280 New Year's Eve, authorities said.
