Edible Arrangements in Morris County is celebrating its grand reopening after a change of family ownership as well as a year-long remodeling project. A Morristown resident and employee at a local nursery school was the second to test positive for COVID-19 in Morris County, officials said in a press release Friday afternoon. The patient, an employee at Shalom Yeladim Nursery School on Speedwell Avenue, is working alongside administrators to notify parents and employees who they may have come into contact with. Morristown and its mayor are facing a lawsuit filed by a local bar owner claiming he and others were victims of cruel and malicious attacks, a new report says. James Cavanaugh, who owns Iron Bar and Revolution Social Brew House on South Street, filed the lawsuit against the town and Mayor Timothy Dougherty this month in U.S. District Court, the DailyRecord reports.
