Did you feel the ground shaking in Hunterdon County on Thursday, March 14? You weren't alone. A magnitude 2.2 earthquake occurred about three miles from Whitehouse Station, according to the United States Geological Survey. One person was taken to a nearby hospital after a car slammed into a utility pole and went up in flames, landing on a Hunterdon County lawn early on Sunday, July 9, responders said. The crash occurred at the intersection of Old Turnpike Road and Elliott Farm Road around 8:05 a.m., the Tewksbury First Aid and Rescue Squad said. Crews found the car engulfed in flames after hitting a nearby pole and veering onto the front lawn of an adjacent home. 3 Hurt, Lab Rescued During Serious Back-To-Back Crashes In Hunterdon County
Three people were taken to trauma centers and a yellow lab was rescued during back-to-back crashes in Hunterdon County on Sunday, June 4, responders said. The Tewksbury First Aid and Rescue Squad responded to the first crash around 10:10 a.m. and found that the driver had slammed into a utility pole on Route 517 north of King Street in Oldwick. Driver Flown To Trauma Center After Serious Hunterdon County Crash
A driver was extricated and flown to a nearby trauma center following a crash in Hunterdon County on Thursday, April 27, authorities said. The Tewksbury First Aid and Rescue Squad responded to the one-vehicle crash on Cokesbury Road shortly in Tewksbury Township after 9:05 p.m. and found the driver trapped inside with serious injuries.
