Student Stabbed In Hackensack High School
An 18-year-old student was stabbed by a younger classmate Monday morning in Hackensack High School, authorities confirmed. The injured student was taken to Hackensack University Medical Center with injuries that weren't considered life-threatening after being treated by school personnel around 8:15 a.m. Feb. 5, said Capt. Michael Antista, the officer in charge of the Hackensack Police Department. A 16-year-old Fort Lee boy was seized by Paramus police after he slashed a 23-year-old man across the face with a knife during a fight over a pickup basketball game at a Route 4 gym, authorities said. The teen and his friends fled in a Mercedes Benz G-Wagon after he pulled a multi-use tool and slashed the Bloomfield man with a knife blade at the 24 Hour Fitness shortly before 8:30 p.m. Thursday, May 11, Paramus Police Chief Kenneth Ehrenberg said. Fight Broke Out Before Double Stabbing That Left Union City Boy Dead: Prosecutor
Authorities have release preliminary details in a double stabbing that left a teen boy dead and another seriously hurt in Union City this week. Five teens were involved in a fight at 40th Street and Bergenline Avenue around 6:25 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 20, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. Allen Flores, 15, of Union City, and a 16-year-old boy were each stabbed and hospitalized. Flores was pronounced dead at Christ Hospital in Jersey City. Gun Fired As Teens Seen Fleeing Brawl In Northampton County, Police Say Seeking Clues
See anything? Police are seeing clues after a gun was shot during a fight involving teens in Northampton County over the weekend. The incident occurred on the first block of S. 1st Street in Bangor around 10:55 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 12, local police said. According to witnesses, a physical altercation took place as a shot was fired, police said. Several teens and/or young adults were then seen fleeing from the area. Residents are asked to check outside surveillance cameras and contact the department at 610-759-2200 with anything thought to be related.

Two Teens, Adult Shot At Same Paterson Corner Where Girl, 15, Was Killed
Two teens and a 32-year-old man were wounded by gunfire overnight at the same Paterson street corner where a 15-year-old girl was shot dead earlier this year, authorities confirmed. Shots rang out at Madison and Essex streets shortly after 1:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 15. Found wounded at the scene were a 19-year-old man from Sunbury, PA, and both a 16-year-old boy and the other adult, both from Paterson, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Alleged Getaway Driver In Shooting Death Of 16-Year-Old Trenton Boy Indicted
UPDATE: The accused getaway driver in the cold-blooded shooting death this summer of a 16-year-old Trenton boy and wounding of another has been indicted by a local grand jury. Keith N. Jordan, 30, is charged with first-degree counts of murder and attempted murders, as well as aggravated assault and weapons offenses, among other charges, for his role in the killing. : Teen Dead, Another Wounded In Newark Stabbing
A teenage boy was killed and a younger teen wounded in a Newark stabbing Tuesday morning, authorities said. A 15-year-old died and an 11-year-old hospitalized in the incident, which responders said occurred just before 11 a.m. in a Park Avenue apartment building around the corner from Barringer High School, they said. The younger victim's injuries weren't considered life-threatening, responders said. The Essex County's Prosecutor's Office and Newark police were investigating.
