Born in Allentown, Ramos graduated from Bethlehem Catholic High School before attending Northampton Community College, where she earned her Associate’s Degree in communications, her obituary says. Covid-19: Two Omicron Cases Detected In Lehigh Valley Two cases of the Omicron COVID-19 variant have been detected in the Lehigh Valley, health officials announced.
