Carbon Monoxide Poisoning Kills Pennsylvania Driver An 80-year-old man died from Carbon Monoxide poisoning following a Wednesday evening crash in Northampton County, authorities said. The crash occurred on Route 512 (Moorestown Road) at Broad Road in Bushkill Township just after 5:55 p.m., Northampton County Coroner Zachary Lysek said. Michael A. Delvecchio, of Bath Borough, was a front passenger that struck a bridge guardrail, Lysek said. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Jakob Douglas Hoskin, 23, was driving a black Volkswagen when he crashed into another vehicle at the Penn Jersey gas station in Pen Argyl around 7:40 p.m. on Saturday, August 6, Slate Belt Regional Police said. Hoskin then fled northbound on Route 512 with several airbags deployed, according to police. Police Interceptor Car Stolen From Lehigh Valley Auto Shop: Slate Belt PD A police interceptor car was stolen from a Lehigh Valley area auto shop Wednesday night, authorities said. The car — pictured above — was stolen from Kim Cesare's Auto Sales in Pen Argyl around 9:15 p.m., Slate Belt Regional Police said. The car has a black pushbar (front bumper) and police spotlight and was last seen traveling northbound on Route 512 toward Bangor, police said.
